Multiple Laminating Options from GTP

We use a variety of equipment to combine your fabric with the appropriate substrate or backing.

Laminated Non-Wovens

We laminate fabrics to needle-punched non-wovens for enhanced insulating linings used in winter boots.

Film-Backed Laminates

We bond fabrics to films for waterproofing, or to create a barrier required for the manufacturing of foam-in-place molded products.

Laminates for Thermal Insulation

We bond fleece fabrics to circular knit spacers to make footwear linings that provide increased thermal insulation and improved moisture management.

Laminates for Black-Out Curtains

We bond opaque films to curtain fabrics to create a black-out effect.

Foam-Backed Laminates

We laminate fabrics to foam to increase cushioning, comfort and support. These products are used in car seat upholstery, orthopedic braces, footwear linings, and furniture applications.
